A little bit about me

I am conscious facilitator, ritual guide, supporter, and facilitator as you navigate this thing called life. 

I guide women who are developing and growing in their consciousness and wanting to bring more ritual to their lives, be it your day to day life and your business life. 

I am here to guide you back into a soul-centred life, feeling personally empowered and finding joy and deep peace in your life. 

I have landed in this place as your facilitator through my own journey back to myself, walking the shadow path. Using tool such as psychotherapy,   massage, Reiki, yoga, crystal healing, tarot and more, I am ready to support you.
